Full Custom Pro
This collection is using dye-sublimation technology with full colour artwork. Also referred
to as digital sublimation, where our designers can design the entire garment created from
scratch. The end result from the sublimation process is a permanent, high resolution, full
colour print. This technology guarantees that prints will not crack, fade or peel from the
fabric under any condition. You can get some highly effective patterns and great effects
using this technique.

This collection is based on using a Cut ‘n’ Sew panel to enable dye-sublimation technology
printing which is using full colour artwork, combined with a choice of black and navy bulk dye
fabrics. This style is prevalent to ensure a consistent look is achieved across any Full Custom
PRO garment.
Semi Custom +
This collection is ideal for those looking to keep costs down, but wanting to look and
feel great at the same time. Offering 30+ bulk dye fabric colours and 3 types of logo
embellishments including embroidery, screen print or digital heat transfer - this is the ideal
problem solver for any situation.
Embroidery
Is ideal for stitching logos onto thicker fabrics.
Screen Printing
is a printing technique whereby a blade or squeegee is moved across a mesh screen
onto fabrics. One colour is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a
multicoloured image or design.
Heat Press
Is a machine engineered to imprint a design or graphic directly onto fabric, with the
application of heat and pressure for a preset period of time.
Fabric Tech
Pique & 3D Coolmesh
Containing multifilament yarns will keep your skin
hygienically fresh, comfortable, cool, dry and light in any
environment through an industry-leading capillary action.
Polycotton
Using a Poly Cotton blend fibre, you get the best of both
worlds. You get cotton’s superior soft natural fibre combined
with polyester’s stronger more durable fibre. Our percentage
of cotton versus polyester is 80% cotton and 20% polyester.
Woven
Constructed using woven elastane technology to ensure
the fabric stretches with your body for a natural range of
motion. The high filament performance polyester remains
soft against your skin, lightweight, breathable and is fitted
with sweat-wicking fabric technology to keep you dry,
comfortable and moving freely.
3D Thermal Knit
Engineered using a 3D knit technology that delivers thermo
regulation for optimal comfort. Pieced together using high
filament performance polyester mixed together with an
elastane blend for that perfect fit.
Quick-Dri
Treated with permanent antibacterial which is embedded
into the yarn for the life of the garment preventing bacteria
proliferation ensuring you remain odour free at all times.
Protected with SPF 50+, means you can feel safe every time
you’re in the Australian sun.
French Terry
Utilising knitted fabric technology that features loops and
soft piles of yarn on the inside of the garment. This super
soft fabric is designed to keep you cool, dry and comfortable,
fitted with moisture-wicking breathable properties that draws
sweat away from your body, and provides the perfect stretch
and flexibility during any activity.
Membrane
New generation material that can provide maximum
comfort in the most extreme weather conditions. Intelligent
multilayer membrane lets sweat pass through easily,
removing excess moisture that guarantees extreme comfort.
Polar Fleece
New, light and strong pile fabric mimics, and in some ways
surpass, wool. A lightweight, warm and soft fabric, fleece
retains much of its insulating quality even when wet. It
is a good alternative to wool for those who are allergic or
sensitive to wool.
Lycra®
Introducing a “green”, bi-elastic techno-Italian fabric from
Econyl® ensures a perfect fit that guarantees extreme
elasticity power even after many washes. The high
percentage of LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ ensures the perfect fit
that remodels your silhouette. EVOFIT Compression® is 30
grams lighter and 15% more powerful than anything on the
market guaranteeing extreme elasticity power.
